Hey! I’m Patrick. Thank you for stopping by my page. I know how difficult and intimidating it can be to seek out guidance.
I’d be honored to walk with you and help you in this process. Below you will find some of the areas of counseling where I work as well as my credentials and information on how to contact me, billing, etc. If you see me as someone you’d feel safe and connect with, I’d gladly embark on the journey of counseling with you. A Little More About Me...
I'm a Chattanooga native, and I'm honored to be back serving the local area as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in couple's therapy and individual therapy for men ages 15-35. On any given day you could find me helping a young man processing life's struggles, a couple seeking healing from constant arguments, or a family needing deeper connection through new experiences of one another. Whatever the situation, I love coming alongside others to journey with them towards wholeheartedness.
I have training in Attachment-based Family/Couples Therapy as well as specific training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also empower parents with skills from Gottman's Emotion Coaching.
As a committed Christian therapist, I've learned we are all designed for two main purposes: to be fully known and loved. In therapy, this belief is my guiding light for treatment that is informed by my faith in Jesus and training. It is my goal to work collaboratively with clients towards restoration of self and wholeness in relationship.
