Hi!
Thank you for stopping by. No matter where you find yourself today, you are welcome here, and I would be honored to walk alongside you. I look forward to creating a safe space for you and helping in any way I can. Keep reading—and you will find helpful information on how to get started and what situations I enjoy working with. If what you are dealing with is not on the list, please reach out, and we can connect and see if I would be a good fit for you. Jonathan |
It is a brave step to seek help. I am glad that you are here! Pain and heartache can disconnect us from our true selves—and others—leading to a feeling of being stuck and uncertainty about how to proceed. Through working with me, I want to help you find hope again and remember your immense value. We will create a safe relationship from which you can explore yourself and learn how to move your life forward.
I look forward to creating a safe place for you to receive support and care, moving toward freedom and joy again. I have navigated my healing therapy journey and consider it an honor to provide this sacred space for others.
My therapeutic approach is interpersonal, attachment-focused, and story-focused. On a typical day, you may find me in the office with a client who has a goal to overcome pornography addiction, a burnt-out married couple looking to find a way forward, someone working through boundary issues with their family, or someone trying to understand how to rebuild their faith. No matter what brings you in, I look forward to sitting with you.

A Little More About Me...
I have lived in Chattanooga for over and decade and attended UT-Chattanooga and Richmont Graduate University (Chattanooga Campus). In my free time, I am equally happy to spend an entire day outside hiking, fly fishing or curled up inside with a good book. I’m also an aspiring writer. I am passionate about personal development and will continue to grow as a counselor by learning more about Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist individuals and couples.
