Scheduling
- I'm operating the co-op as a Saturday specialist. If you are ready to schedule an appointment with me, go ahead and book one for yourself using the online scheduler. If you find yourself with more questions about me or the counseling process, please contact me and I would be happy to talk with you! Email and text are the fastest way to reach me, but you can always call and leave a voicemail if that is easiest for you. My office is at the South Side location.
- A standard counseling session is 50 minutes, and the cost is $100 per session.
- I accept cash, checks, HSA cards, FSA Cards and debit/credit cards.
- As a pre-licensed professional, I am unable to participate in insurance networks at this time.

A Little More About Me...
I believe that every person develops strategies for managing the pain, disconnection, and brokenness that arise out of our stories of harm. Oftentimes these protective strategies hinder the connection and relationships we so desperately desire. I am passionate about helping clients navigate the seemingly desolate and stuck places they find themselves, and ultimately moving towards healing and growth. My hope is to provide a safe and inviting space where we can explore these challenging places together with curiosity. There is a deep sacredness to bearing witness to another person’s story, and I would consider it an honor to join you in this process.
