Christian spiritual direction sees the most important relationship in your life as the one you have with God. Yet we may find ourselves feeling uncertain, disconnected, or unaware of this relationship in day-to-day life.
Do you feel stuck in your relationship with God? Do you find yourself knowing things about God, but have trouble believing or feeling them to be true? Do you long to experience even more of God in your daily life? Do you desire to have a conversational, intimate, close relationship with God? Spiritual direction can be a place to explore these questions.

Scheduling
- It is important to feel safe and comfortable with your spiritual director, so I would love the chance to connect with you prior to setting up an appointment to make sure we both feel drawn to sessions together. Please give me a call or email to talk about what our time together could look like and about scheduling a time to meet. My office is at the South Side location.
- Spiritual Direction sessions are $125 and last around 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be booked if desired.
- I accept cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of service.
- Spiritual Direction is not covered by any Health Savings or Insurance plans.

In this way, it is similar to coaching but involves identifying specific spiritual strategies and spiritual goals. In our time together, if we come across material that needs to be handled by a mental health professional, I will make an appropriate referral for you.

My heart deeply longs for people to be heard and understood, to be known. At its core, spiritual direction is a listening relationship. I will listen attentively to you. Together, we will be seeking to listen to God and know God listens to us. My hope is that through this kind of relationship, you will experience deeper intimacy with God with all of your being: heart, mind, soul, and strength. For me, spiritual direction is a place for you to reorient to your relationship with Jesus and your place in his Kingdom in a disorienting world.
