A Little More About Me...
I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with clients as they uncover the things that have shaped who they are; as they work to decide what matters most to them; and as they start moving toward who it is that they want to be. I am committed to creating a space that is safe for clients, where they feel seen and in control.
I utilize lots of different types of therapy modalities. I am always rooted in strengths-based and trauma-informed practice; I lean heavily on narrative and psychodynamic therapies, while also using tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy. It’s important to me to keep learning, and so I am currently pursuing trainings in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
