Scheduling
- In order to best accommodate you, I have a variety of times available throughout the week. I do all of my own scheduling so please feel free to schedule online, email or call me to schedule an appointment. My office is at the South Side location.
- A standard counseling session is 50 minutes, and the cost is $135 per session.
- Intake sessions are 80 minutes, and cost $200.
- I accept cash, checks, HSA cards, FSA Cards and debit/credit cards. For the use of any card, there will be a $5 convenience fee.
- To focus fully on my work with clients, I have opted out of insurance networks, but I can participate as an "out of network" provider. This means you pay my regular fee, and I can provide you with a receipt that has all the diagnostic information necessary for you to file and possibly get a rebate from your insurance company - based on what your plan is.

A Little More About Me...
I believe that everyone’s deepest desire is to be fully known and fully loved and accepted for who they are. We are relational beings, and it is through relationship that we heal. Paradoxically, that very idea of being truly seen and known can also be one of our biggest fears. Whether you’re just feeling a little stuck right now or you have a need to process through your deepest and darkest—my goal is that you would feel a safety and security in the counselor’s office. Though sometimes you might not feel like it, you are the expert on you, and I know how to create a space for you to explore at the pace you require. When we’re struggling, everything can seem dark. So let’s inhale, exhale, and walk together toward the places where the light shines through.
After graduating with a degree in Psychology from Union University and spending a brief stint in full-time high school ministry, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. I graduated with a specialization in Play Therapy and Expressive Arts, which I use in my work with younger children. If you would like to learn more about Play Therapy, you can read more here and here! I am grateful for the opportunity to meet you and honored to join you in this journey.
